Two Week Stay

Our two week stay at this rental was wonderful. The house is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is truly a gourmet cooks delight. There is so much more room in this house than appears from the outside. The bathrooms are large and modern. Everything looks brand new, including an amazing mud room with a front loading washer and dryer.
It is actually a great location, because you are a very short walk to Gosman's Dock and a nice beach on the sound. It is a quick (3 min) drive to the ocean beach. But we were surprised how simple that was. Previously, we had only stayed in rentals that were walking distance to the ocean beach. I would definitely rent this home again. We loved it!

Great Weekend in Montauk

We had a great time in Montuak due to this house. It has more than enough room for 10 people. The open kitchen and living room was a great space for everyone to hang out in. Elizabeth was very helpful, quick responses with any question that I had, and even helped instruct on us on how to use the grill while we were there.

Great Week With The Family

We had a wonderful week in Montauk in part due to this home. This was our family's first week long stay in Montauk and this home and the beaches did not let us down. The home is located near Gossman's Docks which is fun for all. The main part of town is a quick, easy drive ( 3 miles) away. The kitchen and family room in the home are absolutely fabulous and help set the stage for memories we will have for a lifetime. The children loved the set up and the sense of freedom the house seemed to offer. The girls "princess room" as they referred to it was an instant satisfaction and made bedtime a little easier for us. The bed in the master bedroom was literally one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Although the exterior may not look as appealing as one might hope, the interior by far makes up for any insufficiencies. We will be back.

Elizabeth and Steven were a pleasure to rent from. The house was perfect. It had plenty of space and the updated kitchen and rooms is just what our party needed. Minutes to beautiful beaches, restaurants and fishing. The outside shower to clean up after the beach was a big hit. We would definitely rent this house again.

We came here with three generations of family and all of us--from grandparents to pre-schoolers--enjoyed our stay a great deal. We especially liked the spacious, modern kitchen and gas grill; the back deck, which was breezy and beautifully shaded in the late afternoon; and the two ground floor bedrooms (since a couple members of our party have trouble with stairs).
The owner provided quick responses to all of our questions but also respected our privacy during our stay. She even offered to construct a ramp for the front steps in case we needed it for a wheelchair. Thanks for a fun week!

Everything was perfect. The house was impeccably clean, the kitchen fully stocked, and the furniture comfortable. A 1 minute walk to the deli and a 2 minute walk to the beach ensure our morning coffees were enjoyed to the sound of waves crashing.

We stayed in this home for a weekend after business school graduation and it was the perfect home. A very spacious home for 10 people - perfect location for everything we wanted to do, including watching the sunset on the beach! Elizabeth was also helpful, fast to respond and everything was in the house that we needed. Trampoline in the yard was an added bonus!

Beautiful home with an amazing kitchen. Clean and well maintained. Close to Gosman's, Montauk Downs and Ditch Plains. My only complaint was that there were no lamps for reading in the bedrooms, and no place to put anything when watching T.V. in the living room. Otherwise super vacation home. Would highly recommend it.

This is a great house in a top location. Walking distance to Gosmans and the dock and a short ride to beaches and restaurants. It's very spacious and perfect for families, groups of friends or both. Owners are incredibly helpful before and during the stay.

We stayed in this recently renovated house with our three children and a few guests.
The house is totally renovated and has a wonderful big kitchen, lovely bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. Everything was very clean. The house also has an efficient layout with mudroom and laundry, which made keeping it as clean as we found it easy.
The house is walking distance to Gossman's Dock, which offers boat rides and has lots of lovely stores, restaurants etc. That was fun for us and also great for our guests, who could walk off and do their own thing.
There are also several nice breakfast options within a couple of blocks from the house.
The owners of the house were helpful and responsive and I would certainly stay here again.
