Great Spring Break Trip!

We took our kids (ages 9 & 11) to Alta for spring break and this condo worked out to be perfect! Short drive up the canyon (about 15 min), but so nice to come home and relax, cook dinner and watch the kids play outside. We enjoyed the hiking trail at the end of the street. Close to grocery stores and restaurants as well. Josh was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. Condo was very clean and had a well-appointed kitchen. I would highly recommend this condo if you want a lot of space and world class skiing in your backyard! Alta does not disappoint :)

Came from Australia and met with a group of friends from around the world to hunt down some powder. With such a large group, we rented two condos from this owner, only a door apart from each other. Not a great season for the snow but we all had a blast. The condo was clean, spacious and luxurious, with a generously stocked kitchen. Very convenient location, not far from the snowfields, and close to town. Would definitely consider coming back again in a better season.

Excellent location (minutes from Snowbird and Alta/short drive to Solitude/Brighton), lots of space privacy, very clean, owner was very responsive and helpful. Heating of lower rooms not balanced but tolerable. We are definitely coming back. Wish there was more powder.

This property is owned and managed by Josh and he is a nice easy going gentleman who makes the whole rental process easy. Josh also has great car rental rates and he sells the Salt Lake City Superpass.
The description of the property was very accurate and the pictures are great but when you arrive the property looks BETTER in person. The furniture in this property looks incredible and almost too nice for a rental property.
I would recommend this property to anyone that is going to the salt lake city area or who is going to ski at Snowbird or Alta.

Great condo for a large family reunion. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner and not only is there a large table in the great room, there is a separate dining room with a second large table. The large screen TV was great for all the football games, and the wifi allowed us to use our computers. The three downstairs bedrooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable and the 2 loft bedrooms gave everyone plenty of room.The condo was close to
shopping and restaurants and at the base of the canyon up to the ski resort. The condo was clean, well-maintained and the owner provided great customer support. We would recommend this property whole heartedly.
