• A discount will be given for stays longer than or equal to two weeks.
• The cash payment of the balance will be made at your arrival.
  
  Terms of cancellation:
  If you cancel your booking more than 21 days prior your scheduled check in, we will refund the deposit paid.
  If you cancel your booking 21 days or less than 21 days before your scheduled check in, we keep the deposit paid.
  If you want to change your booking, thank you to advise us at less 21 days before your scheduled check in.
  If you inform us 21 days or less than 21 days before your scheduled check in or during your stay, the total amount of the booking is due.
  In respect of this period, the total amount of your booking is due regardless of any changes in dates of arrival or departure due to unforeseen inherent in your trip (we are not responsible for delays, cancellation, transport strikes, etc).
