• NIGHTLY RATE FOR LESS THAN ADVERISED MINIMUM STAY IS OFTEN AVAILABLE BUT RATE PER NIGHT MAY BE HIGHER.
  
  Prices are subject to Change at owner's discretion. However prices at time of securing booking will stand.
  
  For bookings made more than 6 weeks before arrival date, a 30% deposit is required to secure the booking and must be sent within time adviced once booking form is submitted. The balance must then be paid on or before 6 weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellation within this period may only result in a part refund (less the deposit and any other rental short fall) but only IF we are a able to re let the period.
  
  For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival date, the total balance must be made to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations may not be made within this period. However every effort will be made to re let the accommodation and if fully successful, payment excluding deposit may be refunded.
• - £40 cleaning charge payable at check in and every fortnight if further cleaning requested (NB - £45-50 cleaning charge if booking 4 nights or less/5 guests or more/check in over Public Holiday weekend period)
  - A refundable security deposit of £150 (GBP) - (£200 for stay from 1st June 2012), in cleared fund, is payable at/before check in. This is refunded within ten working days of check out if no damage to property or content or excessive cleaning needs.

• Discount usually available for bookings of up to two weeks. Please enquire.
  Check in/out flexible BUT preferred Check in time is from 14.00 - 20.00 hrs (earlier or later check in time can be agreed when available - late check in charge may apply from 21:00 hrs)
  Check out time is by 11.00hrs.
  If your dates are already booked above you may stilll enquire about our other accommodation.
  
  AIRPORT PICK UP CAN BE ARRANGED IF REQUIRED.
