- The cleaning at the end of the stay will be charged with 30 Euros.
- To block the dates, a payment of 30% has to be done.
The balance is to be paid upon arrival onsite in cash.
The keys as well as the entrance code are given upon arrival at the apartment.
A security deposit cheque of 400 Euros is requested upon arrival when signing the inspection form.
It is handed back at the end of the stay if no damage is noticed.
