• The rate depends on the number of guests , on the period and the length of the stay so please request for the final rate. Even if we accept 9 guests here (in 4 double beds and 1 single) and then the value for money is very high (about 25% of a hotel rate). With 7-9 guests in 1 apartment it will be only a place to sleep. If you are looking for more comfort and space we advise you to request for 2 of our apartments possibly linked together. You will then have 2 or 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens with more equipment, between 100 and 120m2 (1300sf) and we make discounts when you rent several apartments.
  - The deposit on the reservation is 150E (via paypal)/apartment/week
  - 1 month later (but at least 2 months before the check-in) we request 50% of the global rate (via paypal)
  - on the check-in we request the balance and the damage deposit (350E) returned via paypal within 2 weeks after the check out
  - Please add 4% if you choose PayPal transfers (to cover PayPal fees)
• For the check-in (from 14:00 to 20:00) you will meet the welcome agent in the Cafe facing the building (Café du Musée)
  Please let us know ASAP your check-in time (VERY IMPORTANT) so we will plan the check-in with you
  1 of guest will visit the apartment(s) with the Welcome Agent and do all the paper works.
  If you check-in after 20:00 we have another procedure please request
  For the check out , you can leave at any time till 11AM : before the check-out please clean the apartment (not a deep clean as we will reclean the apartment but please do not let a mess)

  The rate is based on number of guests , the indicated rate is max 4 guests per apartment
  a) For the reservation we request 150E (included in the rental price)
  b) Then about 2 months before the check-in we send a contract and request 50% of the global rate
  c) On check in we request the balance and the damage deposit (350E/apartment) in cash (only)
  d) We return the deposit between 1 and 2 weeks after the check-out by PayPal
