OC VACACIONES EN ES LO MEJOR. Unidad de plano abierto bellamente renovada con balcón extra grande ubicado en el piso superior de un pequeño edificio con elevador. Hermosas vistas desde todas las ventanas. No hay que esperar mucho para los ascensores! ¡Playa Hugh, gran banco de arena para grandes olas! Amaneceres para dejar sin aliento! Gran sala que incluye cocina completamente equipada con barra para comer, gran sala de estar y comedor, todo con maravillosas vistas del océano y la playa y espacio para que todos se incluyan en la diversión. El dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio y baño privado, el segundo y el tercer dormitorio tienen cada uno dos camas individuales y baño en el pasillo cercano. ¡Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores para aquellos que no quieren ver la televisión principal en la sala de estar! Gran balcón para observar a la gente y cangrejos. Los surfistas y marsopas también! Realmente genial para los abuelos poder compartir el placer de ver a su familia disfrutar de la diversión. Amaneceres para dejar sin aliento. Nice location , needs some improvements

Disappointed on arrival to find 3 small blood stains on bedding . Beds were difficult to sleep on as mattress hard as rock . Non-stick cookware with deep scratches , so not able to use . Coffee maker covered in thick layer of dust . Fabric on sofa and chairs soiled .Otherwise, nice balcony and great location in small, quiet building . Spoke with owner , whom states she fired cleaning service and did offer discount to us if return in future.

September vacation

Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay at this unit and the beautiful ocean views. When we had an issue with the comfort level of the queen bed, Sally was accommodating and allowed me to purchase a new mattress pad. The building is dated and the unit does need some updates. However, who wants to spend time indoors when they are visiting the ocean? Also, the parking is very tight and congested, but that appeared to be an issue everywhere in Ocean City.

I've owned this unit for over 40 years. My children grew up enjoying their 'beach house' and now their children are doing the same - all 14 of them!!! I've considered selling and buying something newer but have never found a place as great as this one. I take pride in keeping the condo up-to-date and several years ago, removed walls to open the interior, redid all the floors with ceramic tile to eliminate dirty carpets. The furniture is cleaned regularly, the kitchen totally redone. With 3 Bedrooms, there's room for all!! Queen-sized bed in master bedroom with renovated bath, two single beds in both the other bedrooms, with renovated bath in hall. TV's in all bedrooms and living room. The balcony is one of the largest you'll find with a condo, allowing lots of seating and a table and chairs for an oceanfront dinner. One of the things tenants enjoy the most! Outside foot and body shower also to rinse before bringing sand inside!!

I originally had a property at 39th street, two houses from the beach. It had 4 small efficiency units. This was many years ago when there were no restaurants open after September. Walking on the boardwalk, we would look up at the condo's and dream of being able to own one. We got our chance and never regretted it. We would sit on the balcony and watch the kids on the beach in the evening, playing football on the beach, playing tricks on the people walking on the boardwalk, putting a wallet down with a string attached, then pulling it when someone reached for it! That was when the boardwalk was open so they could run string in the wallet then climb back under the boardwalk and sit on our side and wait. We would all laugh, they would then walk a few paces and join in the fun of watching for the next person to come along and try to pick it up. Great memories and now our grandchildren are giving them and us even more wonderful memories. They call it their 'beach house'! We've had a number of wonderful tenants who return year after year making their own memories of their own 'beach house' for a little while at least. My greatest hope is that they feel that this IS their 'beach house' while they are here!! Based on the way they take care of it, as tho they owned it, I think they do!

The most unique thing about our place is we have the best you can have at a beach place. OCEAN FRONT and BOARDWALK. Really the best for families. Being a small building, there are no long lines waiting for elevators. All of the owners take pride in keeping the property in good condition. After a great day on the beach, there is an outside shower to wash the sand away before heading inside. The location is so good you don't have to move your car while you're here if you choose not to. A pleasure all around!!
