• Prices depend on the number of people in your party as we can rent out 1, 2, or 3 rooms in the villa. The preference is to rent the whole villa of course. Prices above are for the smallest room with ensuite and garden. See below for full description of bedrooms and prices.
  
  There is a surcharge for peak holidays including Christmas and New Year. Please email for details.
  Christmas and New Year and Carnival are 800 BRL per night for the whole villa which sleeps up to 6 people.
  
  As the villas is located in a complex, the onsite hotel can arrange cleaning etc. which is charged separately. They are also on hand to help with any enquiries during your stay which means that you have security of mind if booking a house for the first time.
  
  The complex is a resort and is quite upmarket in Pipa.

  We had a lovely time and we liked the condominium very much. Definitely the best we have visted so far! We thought it was well taken care of and it was especially nice during the first 5 days as it was still calm. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The children really enjoyed the pools. Tanja from reception was very helpful, especially when we needed a doctor. We liked the house... the rooms are quite spacious and it's well furnished.
