• The above rates for for 2 guests. Each additional guest is charged at €70 per week depending. Sorry, we do not feel this property is suitable for children under 12 years or anyone with mobility difficulty. Arrivals welcome any day of the week.
  Included: pool heating (water temp approx 22ºc in winter, higher in summer), fresh linen, towels and pool towels. Weekly cleaning and change of linen and towels. Wifi also included.
  For golfers: approx 30% discount on green fees at palheiro golf and santo da serra golf!!
  Food for thought: you might like us to arrange for a few ready-meals to be prepared for your stay, particularly in the case of late arrival. Or you might just want to leave the cooking during your holiday to someone else!
  We have found an excellent cook, paula, who lives locally, speaks perfect english and produces delicious dishes which freeze well. We’ve tried them and can recommend them highly. Please ask for menus.
• To check availability & price: scroll down this page and click on 'owner's website'. Bookings are handled by Judith who lives locally and runs Island Homes Rentals Lda. Payments are accepted Euro by credit card or bank transfer in Euro. A 30% deposit must be paid at the time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
