• Rate is excl. electricity-,waterconsume plus final cleaning.Please be aware that for every rent(small or larger period) a 1200USD bond is required as well a rental contract to be signed and paid in cash on the arrival day.
  At the last day the property will be checked ,if in same condition as on the first day, the bond will be paid back in cash.Any disorders will be incorporated.
  The furniture and bedlinnen are not of a standard level like in common rental properties and the owners wish that every renter can enjoy it.Owner mostly settles the key-turn if not possible his real state agent will take charge of this on payment of a commission which shall be paid by the renter.
  Final cleaning is set to 50usd if villa is left in normal conditions.When villa is in lesser condition (greasy windows,greasy pots and pans/stained marks on floors/walls disproportional use of bedlinnen/towels cleaning fee will be higher.The owners keep the villa in very good conditions and ask renters to respect it
• If key turn/return has to be settled outside office hours(Uruguayan time) there will be an addicional fee of 80usd(each time) when owners are able to do so,if not the real estate agent will take charge and will charge there normal commission(8-10 pct. of rental)
  This also counts if a delay of more than one and a half hour occurs.
  The total rent shall be paid upon arrival in cash directly by the first person who is going to rent.Please take note that ATM's/cash machines in Uruguay do pay out in usd but only in small amounts a time.It's not of any responsibility towards the owners to help renters collecting the rental upon arrival,incontestable owners expect renters to pay the rent directly upon arrival correctly.
