We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. It was clean and was very well equipped. It is perfect for a couple or two persons. The kitchen had all kind of utilities and it all looked brand new. The Nesspreso coffeemaker was very appreciated and had a large variety of capsules. Also you could find any appliance that you might need for a short stay. There was a nice terrace with good views. It has two chairs and a table which enables to have some light lunch or breakfast if the weather is good.
The apartment looked pretty much like the pictures in internet, you really get amazed by the modern decoration.
There was a large TV with DVD player and home cinema. The living room area has two armchairs in front of the TV. Although what you want when you go to Paris is to go around and visit the city, it is pleasant that you can also stay at the apartment with comfort and multimedia options. The only thing that could have been better was internet. We would have liked to be able to connect to internet but it was not working.
Although the apartment was a little bit far from the center of Paris, the subway was pretty close to the apartment, no more than 3 minutes walking. You can reach the center of Paris by subway or by bus, it takes approximately 20-30 minutes. Also there were several grocery stores in the apartment area.
The communication with Maryline, the property manager, was excellent before arriving to the apartment. We were received by her aunt that was very nice and showed us with detail and kindness the apartment.
We definitively would recommend this apartment and wouldn´t doubt in returning to it in a next trip to Paris.
