• The above prices are for use of 3 bedrooms + a comfortable sofabed in the TV room for up to 7 guests. An additional 4 extra guests can be accommodated in the 2-bedroom annex with large lounge/dining/kitchen area - please ask for pricing.
  In low season, you can book for up to 3 guests only.
  Arrivals welcome on any day except Sunday.
  A substantial 'Welcome Basket' is provided for all new arrivals.
  Rates include: weekly cleaning, bedlinen, full range of towels, the use of a sofa bed in the tv room and/or a cot & baby chair if required. See below for more facilities included
  Extra charge applies and is recommended for additional heating in the winter months to ensure the water temperature of the outdoor pool is maintained at 22ºc.
  This costs €100 per week from Oct - March and €75 per week for Apr, May and Sept. No pool heating is required during June, July or Aug when the temperature will be much higher. Extra outdoor pool heating needs to be pre-booked and is payable locally.
• To check availability & price: scroll down this page and click on 'owner's website''. Bookings are handled by Judith who lives in Madeira and runs Island Homes Rentals Ltd. Payments are accepted in Euro by credit card or by electronic bank transfer. A 30% deposit must be paid at the time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• You can let us know which of these options will suit your needs:
  Additional heating to the outdoor pool if you want the temperature maintained at 22ºC in the cooler months. This needs to be pre-booked and costs between €75 and €100 per week depending on the time of year (see above).
  Use of a small indoor fitness/swimming pool with a Jet Stream and water temperature of 25ªC in winter months only at no charge.
  An exercise bike & fitness machine at no charge.
  Broadband access with cable, for use with your own computer.
  A baby cot, chair and safety gate at no charge.
  A wheel chair and/or an electric massage table at no charge.
  Indoor parking in the street level garage next to the house entrance at no charge. Use of a parking place in Funchal centre at no charge.
  Additional cleaning service included 3 or 4th day of your holiday.
