• Rates and payments
  
  The rates shown are for up to 10 persons occupying the whole villa. Payment is preferred in the specified currency. We may have to charge you for any bank fees incurred should the payment be made in a different currency
  
  A 20% deposit is required to secure the reservation with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
  
  The price includes cleaning before arrival and cleaning after departure. Clean bed linen and towels are also provided and will be changed during visits of more than 1 week.
  
  A Refundable House Deposit of £250 or 250€ is required.
• Arrival and departure
  
  Changeover days are flexible.
  
  Normal check in time is 4pm and checkout time is 10am. These times will only be applied if absolutely necessary and we will accommodate arrival and departure as fully as possible.
  
  Villa care company available throughout stay for assistance if required.
• Other notes
  
  Travel Cots and Highchairs can be provided at an additional cost, please ask for details.
